Pricing, payment schedule, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work starts.
Calls can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Project cancellation terms are defined in the signed scope.
X+ is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant engagement.
