We already have a designer. Do we still need this? +
Usually yes. Launch readiness isn’t just a design problem. Billing edge cases, analytics instrumentation, legal essentials, and positioning and messaging strategy aren’t things a product designer typically owns. This review covers the gaps your team’s roles don’t.
How much of our time does this take? +
Very little, if you want it that way. The initial intake and access to your product is minimal. From there, we run independently and keep you updated. If you prefer to stay close, we’re available for focused check-ins. No time-consuming workshops. We close with a clear walk-through at the end.
What if we disagree with a finding? +
Every flagged item explains why it matters and what the failure mode looks like. If you disagree, we’ll discuss it. We’re here to surface what you might have missed, not to impose a view. You decide what to fix.
Essential or Expedited: how do I choose? +
